I enjoyed the professional development session on office communication. The training was very useful. The most useful part for me was the Defensive Communication Role Play. I have encountered communication events where the defensive communication has helped me to brainstorm possible solutions or refer someone to the appropriate contact. Yes, I would consider attending another training with Forward Excel Training & Design.
